The session will include relaxed breathing, a variety of percussion instruments, and Liz's "other worldly" singing voice to break up stagnation and enhance your vibration. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you would like to be comfortable for the session. Chairs are also available if you would like to be seated.
