Earthquake Awareness & Preparedness Training - Preparación para terremotos

Training participants will learn earthquake preparedness steps to minimize injuries, and property damage. Recommended actions to take during different situations, such as when in bed, or at a grocery store, will be discussed. You will also learn skills to help a family, friend or neighbor until first responders arrive. All attendees will receive a Listos CA Disaster Ready Guide to Build Your Personal Disaster Plan! Time: 10:00-11:00am (English session) Aprenderá medidas de preparación ante terremotos para reducir al mínimo las lesiones y los daños a la propiedad. Se explicarán las acciones recomendadas para diferentes situaciones, como cuando está en la cama o en un supermercado. También aprenderá habilidades para ayudar a un familiar, amigo o vecino hasta que lleguen los servicios de emergencia. Todos los asistentes recibirán una Guía de Preparación para Desastres de LISTOS CA para elaborar su Plan Personal de Desastres. 11:30am - 12:30pm (sesión en español)
