Dr. Jennifer Cornell, Naturopathic Doctor presents Strong Bones, Healthy Joints: Reducing Pain and Inflammation as We Age This evidence-informed and practical talk would explore: Why bone loss and joint pain are not simply inevitable consequences of aging The relationship between chronic inflammation, nutrition, and musculoskeletal health How muscle strength, movement, and balance help protect bones and joints Commonly overlooked contributors to pain and inflammation Current approaches to evaluating bone health Practical strategies for maintaining mobility, independence, and quality of life I previously served as Chair of Clinical Sciences at Bastyr University California and have extensive experience translating complex health information into clear, useful guidance for patients and the public.
