Sound Healing Session for Adults with Liz Myers

Join us for a sound healing session with Liz Myers to alleviate anxiety and promote a deep sense of healing relaxation through a variety of percussion instruments. *Bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else you would like to be comfortable during the session. Please arrive early to set up your mat or find your spot. The door will be close once it's full.
