Author and local resident Cherie Salma Bianco is a somatic energy practitioner and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor whose work bridges the wisdom of the body, nervous system, breath, movement, sound, and soul. Drawing from decades of study and lived experience, she is the author of Root to Rise: From Survival to Sovereignty in a Dysregulated World and Daily Return: 365 Days of Somatic Wisdom . Through her books, classes, and retreats, Cherie invites people to reconnect with the wisdom already within them—and to remember the unique gift they came here to give.
