TAZ, 23 years old, is the next singer/guitarist superstar. Theunapologetic New York-born artist crafts stadium-ready, anthemicblends of pop, rock, R&B, and alternative. His story began at age8, when a screening of Jack Black’sSchool of Rockleft himbegging his parents for a guitar before the credits finished rolling.Fatefully, the start of his musical obsession led to him originatingthe role of Zack in the original, multi-Tony Award-nominatedBroadway production of the same name, as well as anappearance onThe Ellen DeGeneres Show— both helping launchhis career. His first true passion was live performance, which he’sshowcased both in his own concerts and through collaborationswith artists such as Lady Gaga, Stevie Nicks, Lil Wayne, Slash, JonBatiste, The Revivalists, Gary Clark Jr., and Tedeschi Trucks Band,at festivals and venues such as Coachella, MetLife Stadium, andMadison Square Garden.At 18, TAZ decided to take a break from the spotlight, attendingYale University and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree inEconomics. Now, he’s returned with his first commercial release—LOVE THRU RAGE. The EP serves as both his mission statementas an artist and in life.
